2008 Dress Giveaway Facts

 

  • Nearly 1,000 dress donations collected since February *
  • More than 700 dresses displayed at the Dress Giveaway
  • Nearly 400 dresses distributed to junior and seniors from Baton Rouge Area public high schools
  • Students from 14 public high schools benefited
  • More than 60 volunteers provided a helping hand
  • More than 40 in-kind donors supplied logistical assistance and material support
  • Nearly 70 individuals and 2 corporate sponsors contributed financial donations
